The #1 cause of unrecoverable data is due to individuals or technicians attempting data recovery on their own. ANY RECOVERY ATTEMPT ON YOUR OWN COULD CAUSE IRREPARABLE DAMAGE TO YOUR DRIVE AND DATA, sometimes making it 100% unrecoverable.
Before your drive completely fails, there is only a limited amount of working time to do data recovery. Call San Diego, Inc. Data Recovery today at 800-422-7111 and we'll do it right the first time, because you may not get a second chance.

Step 3 - Follow Packaging Instructions
When shipping any type of media, it is extremely important
that your media is packaged carefully to avoid any additional damage during shipment.
Handle your hard drive extremely carefully! Proper packaging will help ensure
a greater degree of recovery of your data.
Required materials: 1. Anti-static bag or aluminum foil
2. Foam or bubble wrap
3. Shipping box (16"x16"x8" approx.)
4. Sturdy tape
Internal hard drives: Remove
and keep all brackets, cables and other hardware unless otherwise instructed.
External hard drives:Include
the power cable.
1. Place the drive(s)
inside an anti-static bag. These can be purchased at most major office or computer
supply stores. If an anti-static bag is not available, wrap the drive(s) in aluminum
foil. 2. Suspend
the drive(s) in the center of a sturdy box with 3-4 inches of foam or bubble wrap
around all 6 sides. Avoid using packaging peanuts, as the contents will settle
to the bottom of the box. 3. Seal
the box with sturdy tape.
Hard drives are delicate instruments. Do not ship your drive in the bags or boxes
provided by delivery services, as they are insufficient protection for your equipment.
